Willkommen in unserer schönen WG. Kurzfristig wird hier ein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist wunderschön, mit französischem Balkon, geht zum Hinterhof raus und ist dementsprechend ruhig.
Die Bilder sind leider noch mit Möblierung, aber das Zimmer wird nur mit einem Klavier übergeben. Ansonsten gehören noch ein Flur und typisch Berliner Schlauchbad und -küche zum Nutzungsbereich.
Welcome to our beautiful shared flat. A room is available here at short notice.
The room is beautiful, with a French balcony, faces the backyard and is therefore quiet.
The pictures are unfortunately still with furniture, but the room is only handed over with a piano. Otherwise, a hallway and a typical Berlin tube bath and kitchen belong to the area of use.
Die Wohnung liegt super angebunden in Oberschöneweide. Zwei Tram Stationen sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die S-Bahn Stationen Schöneweide und Karlshorst sind jeweils 5 min mit der Tram oder 15 min zu Fuß entfernt und mit dem Rad ist man in einer halben Stunde in Kreuzberg / Friedrichshain / Neukölln.
Lebensmittelgeschäfte gibt es reichlich und sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreicht.
Die Wuhlheide ist natürlich absolut toll und bietet viel Platz um zu entspannen, spazieren zu gehen oder Sport zu treiben.
The flat is super conveniently located in Oberschöneweide. Two tram stations are within 5 minutes walking distance. The S-Bahn stations Schöneweide and Karlshorst are both 5 minutes away by tram or 15 minutes on foot, and Kreuzberg / Friedrichshain / Neukölln can be reached by bike in half an hour.
Grocery shops are plentiful and within walking distance.
The Wuhlheide is of course absolutely great and offers plenty of space to relax, go for a walk or do sports.
Unsere WG umfasst Dylan und Mariama. Wir sind beide kreative Köpfe. Dylan ist Audio Engineer und Mariama Interior Designerin. Wir sind beide sehr gesellig, ruhig und sauber. Immer offen für ein nettes Gespräch auf dem Flur oder auch mal dafür gemeinsam um die Häuser zu ziehen. Wir freuen uns auf dich!
Our shared flat comprises Dylan and Mariama. We are both creative minds. Dylan is an audio engineer and Mariama is an interior designer. We are both very sociable, quiet and clean. Always open for a nice chat in the hallway or to go out on the town together. We look forward to meeting you!
Es gibt ein Kellerabteil, dieses wird derzeit jedoch vorwiegend von mir genutzt. Falls nötig könnt ihr hier aber natürlich etwas zwischenlagern. Außerdem gibt es einen Fahrradraum zur Straße raus. Anmeldung ist selbstverständlich möglich.
There is a cellar compartment, but this is currently mainly used by me. If necessary, you can of course store something here. There is also a bicycle room facing the street. Registration is of course possible.
