The apartment unit is clean and newly renovated. You'll get 1 big bed (140cm wide, mattress included), a big wardrobe, a sofa, a desk, a chair, and a table lamp. The bigger room has big windows and a balcony. We have a big bathroom with a bathtub and shower, equipped with a new washing and drying machine as well. Each of us gets 1 refrigerator in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a new stove, oven, dishwasher, and many cupboards. Some cooking utensils are mine, some are provided by the landlord, and we can share those together. I signed a Vodafone 1GB-internet contract that is working well so far for the whole unit, so if you have to work/study from home, everything is all set.
The apartment is located directly on the Spree.
There is a bus stop 2 mins within walking distance. S-Bahn Schöneweide is 10m within walking distance.
Penny, Lidl, REWE, ALDI, EDEKA, and Kaufland are all within walking distance.
HTW is also within walking distance.
~20minutes away from Adlershof.
I moved here from Munich last March. I speak mostly in English and I am still learning German. I am working at the DLR Adlershof, and currently am working from home. I like to cook, play music, games, and watch movies. The other flatmate is a student in HTW. She likes to sew, knit, read books, and draw.
We are quiet people but we still like to chat, cook, eat, and chill together sometimes. We will definitely respect if anybody needs a personal space.
The flatmate that is moving out also posted an offer.
