We have a wonderful room in our 4-person shared apartment.
The room is small but fine, rectangular in shape and has on the short side the door and on the opposite side a window facing east facing the garden. Since it is an old building, each room has high ceilings and high windows, which makes the apartment already bright. The room is, like the other rooms - except for the kitchen and the two bathrooms, equipped with beautiful old wooden floorboards.
The apartment is very well located - just off the metro/tram stop Vinetastraße (1 stop from the
Ringbahn station Schönhauserallee) and has an east-west orientation. The apartment has a very unusual layout because it consists of 2 apartments, there are some rooms twice, as well as the front door!
There is a kitchen, a living room where friends are welcome or even movies are viewed, two bathrooms with bath or shower so no one has to wait and of course the private rooms of each one of us. The Kitchen and living room go west, your room tothe east (morning sun!).
The shared flat is a wonderful potpourri of different people.
