By mid of September, we are renting out a room approx. 19 sqm in a 76sqm flat. Nicely situated next to the beautiful Volkspark Friedrichshain and close to Alexanderplatz. Featuring a beautiful view over the Volkspark.
You can rent it beginning of September, for at least 3month or any time longer.
Currently there is living Samana and Valeria, 20 and 26 years old. We are looking for someone with a job and a regular scheduled life. Preferable, but not mandatory, a woman. Please no parties or huge gatherings as we both need our rest in the evenings :)
The room has a mattress 140x200cm, a wardrobe and a little desk. The rent is including electricity, internet and tv-gebühren.
Next to beautiful Volkspark Friedrichshain and a busy main road. The apartment is located in the 16th floor of an East-German "Plattenbau" and enjoys beautiful views over the city into two directions.
Easy access to public transport as the M4 has a stop just downstairs. Bus no. 200 and 142 nearby.
Only 5min. walk to Alexanderplatz (but you better take the Tram M4 or the bike)
Several gyms are in walking distance. The park downstairs offers many ways for workout or gatherings. Aldi, Lidl, Netto and ReWE are closeby.
There is a fast wireless internet connect (300Mbit), a washing machine and a dishwasher .
We have a big living room/kitchen, were you can watch TV or netflix, cook, sit, rest, have a drink and chat with us or do whatever you like. We try to keep the flat clean and cozy, but also feel relaxed about and dont have any strict schedules for that. Smoking is ok, but only in the living room next to an open window.
