Hallo, die Wohnung ist 140m2 groß und befindet sich in einem sanierten Altbau.
Dein Zimmer hat 15m2 und ist relativ neu saniert und möbliert. Die Wohnung verfügt über Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler und selbstverständlich WLAN. Mit Mietvertrag und Anmeldung.
Der U- und S-Bahnhof Yorckstraße ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Ich (siehe Bild und das ist auch aktuell :) trinke, rauche und habe gerne Spaß... - aber ich bin sehr zuverlässig im Alltag.
Es gibt zwei weitere Mitbewohner (25)
Wir sind alle Gays und suchen ebensolchen freundlichen und zuverlässigen 4. Mitbewohner (gay).

Hi, the flat is 140m2. Your room has 15m2 and is relatively newly renovated and furnished. The flat has a washing machine, dryer, dish washer and internet of course. With rental agreement and official registration.
The underground and city train station Yorckstrasse is a 5 minutes walk away.
I (see pic - which is up-to-date :) like to drink, smoke and have fun... - but I am very reliable in daily life.
There are two other roommates (25).
All of us are gay and we are looking for another friendly, reliable gay roommate.
