I am renting a room that is furnished starting for instance starting from Aug 16 til Sept 15 (a few days longer also possible). Half of aug or half of Sept is 200 EUR or 400 for both half months. The apartment is very clean and is located near S Greifswalderstr (10 minutes on foot) and directly in front of bus station 200 so it is in Prenzlauer Berg, near a lot of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment is very clean und everything is new.
I, Dunia (43) from Spain, am a programmer who has to speak English (and a bit of German) at work. The other lady (23) is a Management Student from Poland, and a IT Management guy (35) from the US.

Ich suche ab eine Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und möbeliert. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ist in die nächer von S Greifswalderstr (10 Minuten zu Fuß), in Prenzlauer Berg u. somit auch ganz nahe am zahllosen Läden, Bars, Cafes & Restaurants. Direkt vor der Gebäude ist Bus 200 nach Alex. Die wohnung ist sehr sauber und alles neu gemacht.
Zu uns, ich Dunia (43) bin eine Spanish Programmiererin und Arbeiten auf English (und ein Bisscheh Deutsch). die andere Frau (23) ist eine Betriebswirschaft Studentin aus Polen. Und ein Amerikaner (35) in IT Managenent.
Kein Rauchen keine Tiere bitte.
