I have a 19 sq.m room to offer in a shared flat for short-term starting from 01.07 - 31.07 with possibility to extend till end of August.
The flat is located in Gürtelstr in Prenzlauer Berg. One can reach ring bahn Greifswalder Straße in 15 mins on foot or other Tram stations in 7-8 mins
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANMELDUNG IS UNFORTUNATELY NOT POSSIBLE AS IT'S ONLY FOR SHORT TERM
I work full-time and will be doing home office. So I give importance to privacy and not being a party WG. I can provide a mattress, Schreibtisch and a chair to use in addition to some other pieces of furniture.
We have what we need for the kitchen (it's an old picture from kitchen that is uploaded and so was empty in the pic)
About me, I cook often and am usually very quite. I of course am open to friendly conversations. I will be travelling for some days so I would like someone who's clean and responsible.
In your message, please confirm that you have read that the flat is for short term and you're aware of the fact that Anmeldung is not possible (I personally am not proud of this condition).
Please also mention where you are from what you do for a living.
