Hi, We are looking for someone to take over this spacious room from July 1, 2021 until September 30th, 2021. The room is 19m2. The ceiling height is typical of old buildings and there is also a balcony access from the room. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom, a guest toilet, and a third room that is used as a living room
The traffic connection is very good, the ring Bahn station (Greifswalder Str.) and the tram M4 to Alexanderplatz can be reached in 4 minutes walking. The residential area is rather quiet, and there are numerous shops (Aldi, Rewe, Edeka, DM, Alnatura, Obi, Mediamarkt) just around the corner as well as parking areas.
We are looking for a calm, nice and reliable working person.
We are a working flat share, so a high level of consideration and calm is essential. So this is not the right environment for DJs. You should be ready to regularly lend a hand with home hygiene.
We give preference to someone with a job contract and steady income. This isn't an ideal WG for young students and party people. Monthly rent is 545€ all inclusive (internet and TV tax included).
I'm Andres moving out from the room, your new roommate Santiago comes from Colombia and deals with IT, he speaks Spanish, English and German.

- This is a TEMPORARY accommodation, not a long-term one >> You have move out on 30 September 2021.
- The move in date is July 1st of 2021
- Although the rent is temporary, you will get ANMELDUNG (Registration).
- The bedroom can only be rented by ONE person, NOT BY COUPLES
- There is only ONE bedroom available >> The third one was actually turned into our living room.
- Pictures are for reference of the space, rent is unfurnished but there is the possibility to take a closet if needed.
If you are interested, send me message with a description of yourself, hobbies, interests, where you come from and what are you doing in Berlin. This will be very helpful for us to decide who to invite for visit.
