The 25 m2 room feels large with high ceilings and "Stuck" ceiling decoration. It has large windows and is currently fully furnished. You can take over / buy the furniture from our roomie moving out, or bring your own. The personal items on the photos will be removed of course.
The flat is overall quite pretty and spacious with "Stuck"-art on the ceiling & wooden floors - come by visit if you are already in town, or meet us via video call.
It is equipped with everything you need for everyday life - dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen equipment, 100 mbit internet.
We consider making this apartment a 3-person flat and using one of the private rooms as a shared living room when the current tenant moves out. In this case, rent would become about €90 more expensive.
The apartment is located centrally, 10 minutes by bike/public transport from Alexanderplatz, in Prenzlauer Berg, Kollwitzkiez.
The area is a cute, safe family neighborhood with lots of cafes, boutique shops, restaurants, bars around. Public transport stops in front of the doorstep! Supermarkets and a weekly farmer's market are reachable within 2 min walking distance.
The nearest park is 2 minutes walking distance away, the larger Volkspark 10 minutes, the closest lake is reachable in 15 minutes by bike (Weißensee), Tram M2 stops in front of the house.
You have 3 flatmates, who are all relaxed, tidy, and easy to live with. We are working people with different backgrounds, 1 girl, 2 guys - marketing management, sales, tech entrepreneur.
As everyone gets busy during the week, there is not too much interaction, though we are always happy about a coffee chat or catching up in the evening.
Everyone cleans up after themselves. So far a "cleaning plan" has never been necessary, everyone does their fair share and we get a cleaning service sometimes.
We would like to get to know you and occasionally spend time together to stay connected and create a home/family/ friendship vibe, while respecting everyone's private life & space.
We are looking for someone working full-time and coming to Berlin long-term - given the large number of requests, please do not message us if this is not the case.
