Hello! This cosy room will be soon available. The official contract will begin on the 1st of March. It's however expected from the new tenant to take over the room beginning the 1st of March. The appropriate proportional rent for those days will be charged.
Please have the following documents ready at the moment of application:

The warm rent is 470 euros.
The room is cozy, has two windows, a desk, a commode, A SMALL BED* (you can put your own if u have one), one chair, a shelf and right outside the room there's place for clothes. It can be well climatized in winter with central heating.
Super quiet at night, since it faces the inner garden.
*the one in the picture I'm taking with me. There's a small one that you can eventually put in the storage room.
The flat has:
- Living room with dining area, balcony, beamer with screen and piano.
- 1 + 1/2 bathrooms with washing machine
- A well-equipped kitchen with everything, induction plate, and dishwasher
- Entrance area and storage room
- You can leave your bike in the courtyard
The area is quiet and you will be close to Mitte, Fhain and Prenzli. We have excellent neighbors that never complain:)

Our shared flat is a mixture of nationalities, and personalities. We speak German with each other but also English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
These are your potential roommates:
-Eduardo, 26, Brazilian, is a recruiter and works most of the time from home.
-Diane (30+) and her 3 little dogs are the founders of the WG.
-Torben, 23, german, is a paramedic and is studying to become a firefighter.
We have a weekly cleaning schedule and you have to be able to join in. You should also keep the bathrooms, living room, kitchen and entrance area tidy. We are not cleaning freaks, but the WG works best when we take care of it.
