Hello! This cosy room will be soon available. The official contract will begin on the 1st of March. It's however expected from the new tenant to take over the room beginning the 1st of March. The appropriate proportional rent for those days will be charged.

The room is cozy, has two windows, a desk, a commode, A SMALL BED* (you can put your own if u have one), one chair, a shelf and right outside the room there's place for clothes. It can be well climatized in winter with central heating.
Super quiet at night, since it faces the inner garden.
*the one in the picture I'm taking with me. There's a small one that you can eventually put in the storage room.

We have a weekly cleaning schedule and you have to be able to join in. You should also keep the bathrooms, living room, kitchen and entrance area tidy. We are not cleaning freaks, but the WG works best when we take care of it.
