Hallo, wir bieten ein möbliertes Zimmer. Die Küche, das Bad, ein kleines Wohnzimmer und zwei Balkone teilen sich insgesamt vier WG-Bewohner. Wir mögen es, Menschen verschiedener Nationalitäten im Haus zu haben.
Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.

Being surrounded by this nature, it is a real contrast to the hectic of the centre.
But the centre of Berlin is very easy to reach by bus, metro and S-Bahn, even all night long with the night bus. It takes just 3 minutes to walk to the bus stop.
Unser Zweifamilienhaus liegt sehr ruhig am Rande des wunderschönen und entspannten Stadtteils Berlin-Heiligensee und unmittelbar neben dem Tegeler Forst. Aus dem Zimmer hat man einen sehr schönen Blick direkt in den Wald. Die umliegenden Wälder und Seen sowie die Havel bieten einen herrlichen Kontrast zur alltäglichen Hektik der Weltstadt.
Dennoch ist die Innenstadt gut und relativ schnell erreichbar.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle (auch für Nachtbusse) ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit dem Bus 133 fährt man ab „An der Schneise“ in 7 Min zur U-Bahn (U6, Station Alt-Tegel oder in 9 Min S Tegel).
In 8 Minuten kann man mit dem Fahrrad die S-Bahn-Station Schulzendorf erreichen (S 25).
We – the owners – live separatly in the ground floor and in the second floor.
We are a couple with three children and a dog.
Wir Hausbesitzer wohnen räumlich abgetrennt von der WG im Erdgeschoss und im Dachgeschoss. Wir sind ein Paar mit drei Kindern und einem Hund.
