Sunny furnished room (bed, nightstand, chest of drawers, desk) to sublet. You can also use the bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and the kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge & freezer). We are looking for someone who is friendly, clean and doesn't smoke. All 14 days a cleaning person is coming. You need 4 minutes to the metro station. In 11 minutes you can reach the Rosenthaler Platz and in 20 minutes the zoo. The airport Tegel can be reached in 20 minutes by bus. There is a little park with a little lake nearby. Around the corner you have a supermarket.

Sonniges Zimmer möbliert mit Bett, Nacht- und Schreibtisch, Kommode sowie Kleiderstange befristet oder unbefristet unter zu vermieten. Bad und Küche (mit Spül- und Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank) werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Wir sind eine WG, die Wert auf Sauberkeit legt und räumen die Sachen, die wir benutzen auch wieder auf. Zusätzlich kommt alle 14 Tage eine Putzfrau. Zur U-Bahn läuft man 4 Minuten, mit der Bahn ist man in 11 Minuten am Rosenthaler Platz und in 20 Min am Zoo. Der Flughafen Tegel ist mit dem Bus in 20 Min erreichbar, zur Autobahn fährt man ca. 15 Minuten. Fußläufig ist auch ein Park mit kleinem See. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt um die Ecke.
