Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem ruhigen Hinterhof, ideal zum Entspannen und ungestörten Arbeiten. Bis Anfang Februar steht ein Bett zur Verfügung. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer unmöbliert, bietet also viel Platz für eigene Gestaltungsideen. Ein Balkon, zugänglich durch ein anderes WG-Zimmer, steht zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung.
The room is located in a quiet courtyard, ideal for relaxing and undisturbed work. A bed is available until the beginning of February. Otherwise, the room is unfurnished, offering plenty of space for your own design ideas. A balcony, accessible through another shared flat room, is available for communal use.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt bei der S-Bahn-Station Nöldnerplatz, nur eine Station vom Ostkreuz entfernt. In der Nähe der Victoriastadt, einem der schönsten Kieze Berlins, mit vielen Cafés und entspannter Atmosphäre. Zu Fuß erreichbar ist der Club Sysiphos, nur zwei Stationen entfernt ist die Warschauer Straße mit dem besten Flohmarkt Berlins und fußläufig zur Stralauer Halbinsel an der Spree – perfekt für den Sommer.
The apartment is directly next to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station, just one station away from Ostkreuz. It's near Victoriastadt, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Berlin, with many cafes and a relaxed atmosphere. Within walking distance is the Sysiphos club, and just two stations away is Warschauer Straße with Berlin's best flea market and close to the Stralauer Halbinsel on the Spree – perfect for summer.
Alina, wohnt seit 8 Jahren in der WG, arbeitet bei einem Designer-Möbelhersteller in Berlin, kocht und backt sehr gerne. Paul, wohnt seit 3 Jahren, ist Psychologiestudent, geht in seiner Freizeit Bouldern, Klettern und macht Yoga. Wir genießen es, gelegentlich zusammen zu kochen. Da unsere Küche recht klein ist, essen wir oft in einem unserer Zimmer. Ab und zu veranstalten wir eine Party – ein guter Mix aus Zusammen was machen und Ruhe.
Alina, who has lived in the flatshare for 8 years, works at a designer furniture manufacturer in Berlin and loves cooking and baking. Paul, who has been living there for 3 years, is a psychology student who enjoys bouldering, climbing, and yoga in his free time. We enjoy cooking together occasionally. Since our kitchen is quite small, we often eat in one of our rooms. From time to time, we throw a party – a good mix of doing things together and having peace.
Wir haben keinen festen Putzplan, aber ein ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Sauberkeit und Fairness beim Teilen von Grundnahrungsmitteln und Haushaltsartikeln.
