I am currently subletting a gorgeous room in a 4-person WG in Schöneberg but have (extremely fortunately) been offered somewhere more permanent from the end of this month.
So I'm looking for someone to take over the room for the final two months it is available.
The room is huge (ca. 25m2) with a double bed, wardrobe, standing desk (!) monitor (!!) and a balcony. It's located in a classic Berlin Altbau, with a spacious living room & kitchen. There is a projector for watching films.
You would be sharing with Carlotta, Federico and Moritz, who are all professionals/PhD students in their late twenties. Mario, who I am renting the room from, is a personal friend and is currently away travelling.
The price for the room is €800/month. I think there may be some negotiability on price but this is something you would have to take up with Mario directly.

Das Zimmer ist riesig (ca. 25m2) mit Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Stehpult (!), Monitor (!!) und einem Balkon. Es befindet sich in einem klassischen Berliner Altbau, mit einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer und einer Küche. Es gibt einen Beamer, um Filme zu sehen.
Du würdest mit Carlotta, Federico und Moritz zusammenwohnen, die alle Berufstätige/Promotionsstudenten in ihren späten Zwanzigern sind. Mario, von dem ich das Zimmer vermiete, ist ein persönlicher Freund, der zurzeit auf Reisen ist.
Der Preis für das Zimmer beträgt 800 €/Monat. Ich denke, dass man über den Preis verhandeln kann, aber das müssen Sie direkt mit Mario besprechen.
