I am currently subletting a gorgeous room in a 4-person WG in Schöneberg but have (extremely fortunately) been offered somewhere more permanent from the end of this month.
So I'm looking for someone to take over the room for the final two months it is available.
The room is huge (ca. 25m2) with a double bed, wardrobe, standing desk (!) monitor (!!) and a balcony. It's located in a classic Berlin Altbau, with a spacious living room & kitchen. There is a projector for watching films.
You would be sharing with Carlotta, Federico and Moritz, who are all professionals/PhD students in their late twenties. Mario, who I am renting the room from, is a personal friend and is currently away travelling.
The price for the room is €800/month. I think there may be some negotiability on price but this is something you would have to take up with Mario directly.
