The flat is very quiet, there are no bars, cafés or traffic noise at Gustav-Müller-Platz. In 5 minutes you can reach the S-Bahn, 10 minutes to Südkreuz with long-distance trains and the Ringbahn. Our neighbourhood towards Kaiser-Willhelm-Platz is international, there are cafés, restaurants, grocery shops, offering specialities from everywhere. The area is very green, the bicycle expressway to Teltow/Brandenburg is next door, it runs along the Teltow Canal.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, es gibt am Platz weder Bars, Cafés noch Verkehrslärm. In 5 Minuten erreichst du die S-Bahn, 10 Minuten sind es zum Südkreuz mit Fernzügen und Ringbahn. Die Nachbarschaft in Richtung Kaiser-Willhelm-Platz ist international, es gibt Cafés, Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Spezialitäten von überall. Die Gegend ist sehr grün, der Fahrradschnellweg nach Teltow/Brandenburg liegt nebenan, er führt am Teltow-Kanal entlang.
My roommate and I are working professionals, especially Erik is on the road a lot for work. We appreciate the quiet neighborhood, use the apartment as a retreat for rest and relaxation. We like to cook, are both tea drinkers, don't have parties here - we do celebrate, but away from home. We are both well-balanced, warm-hearted people and would like to have a flatmate like that.
Mein Mitbewohner und ich sind berufstätig, besonders Erik ist beruflich viel unterwegs. Wir schätzen die ruhige Gegend, nutzen die Wohnung als Rückzugsraum zur Erholung und Entspannung. Wir kochen gerne, sind beide Teetrinker, feiern hier keine Parties - gefeiert wird auch, aber auswärts. Wir sind beide ausgeglichene, warmherzige Menschen und wünschen uns eine/n ebensolche/n Mitbewohner/in.
