hey Berlin-based friends, we are looking for a female flatmate for our third room.
It’s a 3-person shared flat at Schöneberg, close to S Südkreuz. A fully furnished 15 m2 room is available from 1st of March, for at least 6-month period and long term. The price for the room is 490 euro including all costs except heating. There’s also a fully-equipped shared kitchen. No pets. Anmeldung is possible.

We look for:
a female flatmate
non smoker
in their early 30s/late 20s

with a strong intercultural perspective
and in general an easygoing communicative personality :)

Evi: I speak English, German and Greek. While working part time at the moment I tend to be busy with readings, so I spend time at home but I am also a lot around the city. I like to cook and enjoy hanging out with my flatmates occasionally, but I appreciate as well a more independent attitude. I am a big fan of nature and biking and I enjoy a lot visiting art exhibitions and concerts. Living in a shared flat for me means building relations with my flatmates, understanding each other‘s needs and limits, following our rules and have the feeling of community where everyone feels comfortable and accepted. And I expect that from the others as well.

Aurora: French-Mexican, I work for a Mexican university so with different schedules (often late afternoon), currently doing home-office. I will soon start studying Psychology. I love God, nature, animals, movies, series, swimming, running and traveling. I’m lately into K-dramas haha I go to church on Sundays :)

The location is in central Berlin. The train station S-Südkreuz is only 5 minutes away. This train has a direct connection to Yorckstr., to Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburger Tor, Friedrichstr. and Gesundbrunnen. Within a walking distance there is the railway station where the supermarkest and drug stores are open even on Sundays. Hauptstraße is also not far, there you can find many different restaurants and cafés. The Bus M46 gets you directly to Kudamm, Zoologischer Garten and HWR (Berlin School of Economics and Law). HWR is only 2,8 km away, which will take you only a few minutes by bike.

Es ist eine 3-Personen-WG in Schöneberg, in der Nähe von S Südkreuz. Ein voll möbliertes 15 m2 großes Zimmer ist ab dem 1. März für mindestens 6 Monate und längerfristig verfügbar. Der Preis für das Zimmer beträgt 490 Euro inklusive aller Kosten außer Heizung. Es gibt auch eine voll ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche. Keine Haustiere. Anmeldung ist möglich.

Evi: Ich spreche Englisch, Deutsch und Griechisch. Während der Arbeit in Teilzeit im Moment neige ich dazu, mit Lesungen beschäftigt sein, so verbringe ich Zeit zu Hause, aber ich bin auch eine Menge um die Stadt. Ich koche gerne und genieße es, gelegentlich mit meinen Mitbewohnern abzuhängen, aber ich schätze auch eine unabhängigere Einstellung. Ich bin ein großer Fan der Natur und des Fahrradfahrens und besuche gerne Kunstausstellungen und Konzerte. In einer Wohngemeinschaft zu leben bedeutet für mich, Beziehungen zu meinen Mitbewohnern aufzubauen, die Bedürfnisse und Grenzen des anderen zu verstehen, unsere Regeln zu befolgen und das Gefühl einer Gemeinschaft zu haben, in der sich jeder wohl und akzeptiert fühlt. Und das erwarte ich auch von den anderen.

Aurora: Französisch-mexikanischerin, ich arbeite für eine mexikanische Universität und habe daher andere Arbeitszeiten (oft am späten Nachmittag), derzeit mache ich Home-Office. Ich werde bald anfangen, Psychologie zu studieren. Ich liebe Gott, die Natur, Tiere, Filme, Serien, Schwimmen, Laufen und Reisen. Ich bin in letzter Zeit in K-dramas haha Ich gehe in die Kirche am Sonntag :)

Der Standort ist in Berlin Mitte. Der Bahnhof S-Südkreuz ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Dieser hat eine direkte Verbindung zur Yorckstr., zum Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburger Tor, Friedrichstr. und Gesundbrunnen. In fußläufiger Entfernung befindet sich der Bahnhof, wo Supermärkte und Drogerien auch sonntags geöffnet sind. Die Hauptstraße ist auch nicht weit, dort gibt es viele verschiedene Restaurants und Cafés. Der Bus M46 bringt Sie direkt zum Kudamm, Zoologischen Garten und zur HWR (Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin). Die HWR ist nur 2,8 km entfernt und mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
