Your bedroom is the biggest and brightest one in the WG. It has a big bed, a „sofa bed“, a desk, a balcony turned towards the back of the building and the usual. Friedenau is a very quiet neighborhood and your sleep won‘t be disturbed :)
The S Friedenau Station ist 1-2 minutes away and the U9 ist also close. The HU and TU (universities) are therefore easily accessible. Given that the WG is in Friedenau, I assume that the FU is also closeby (non-students are obvs welcome as well!).
Edeka, Netto, Rewe and Also are all close. Almost everything one needs is just around the corner. Parties are a little bit far from here.
The kitchen is small, but it has everything we need, except for a dishwasher 😫 we do have a washing/drying machine tho!

I‘m 22, born and raised in Brazil, first moved to Germany as a little kid and eventually moved back here for my studies. I study economics at HU, second semester. I like to talk, read a lot, Vegetarian, gay, love to dance and love music (Disco, Pop, 2000s, Soul music, House, Techno, also a lot more).
Nicola, 28 years old, Italian, works in an ecommerce company. He likes playing guitar, going to concerts, going out with friends and watching movies and TV series. He is also passionate about cooking and can cook the best lasagna in Berlin (not true, but it is good😉).
We speak English with each other and even tho we are also fluent in German, pls reply in English!. We‘re looking for someone who is chill and respectful. Extra points if you have a good sense of humor. Please don‘t be racist homophobic war supporter etc. My room is right next to the kitchen so it‘d be cool if you are not too loud after 22:30 🙏
During the week each one does his own thing but we see each other almost daily in the kitchen and love to chitchat. We also like to go to restaurants (there‘s a wonderful Italian restaurant closeby, we should go together! 😊) and to the movies.

There are two Wielandstraßen, here is the one in Friedenau (theoretically Schöneberg still, but more like Friedenau tbh)
The landlord is looking for a long term tenant. Anmeldung is possible. Furniture is included. W-Lan included. The total rent is 560€.
The contract will start in the 1st of June but an earlier move in is appreciated and can be agreed with our current flatmate (move in on the 15th of May for example).
The flathunt is very crazy in Berlin and we‘ll try to read as many messages as we can but we won‘t be able to answer everyone.
