Subletting my beautiful and bright room in a 3-er WG in calm Steglitz for a short period 11 Mar - 16 Apr. No anmeldung is possible unfortunately, but the duration of rent is relatively flexible
The room is about 15 sqm, with a 120cm bed, big couch, desk, and storage space. There's also an extra mattress that can be used, if needed. The room is perfect for one person and okay for a couple.
There are some plants in the room, would be expecting you to water them like once a week and to just keep the space clean.
The room is located in Hindenburgdamm strasse in Steglitz, on the main street. Busses M85/283/285 stop directly in front of the building entrance, it is also very close to S1 and U9, S+U Rathaus Steglitz is a 15 mins walk 2 bus stops away and S Botanischer Garten is a 15 mins walk. You will find that the place is pretty well connected (especially in times of strikes :)).
There's a Lidl and Edeka, each are 5-8 mins walk, a couple of Spatis, and an Arabic food store, within a couple of mins walk. If you walk about 10 mins, or so, you'll find some incredible green spaces by the Charite campus, where you can walk around or just chill.
Anything else you might need, you'll find at Rathaus Steglitz and Schloss strasse.
You'll be sharing the flat with 2 people, who can collectively speak German, English, Arabic, and French. Lots of culture and interesting stories.
This isn't a party WG, but not also a purpose WG, we have a friendly relationship in the apartment, and I'm looking for someone who would be considerate to my flatmates (MS&MA).
You would share a large kitchen and bathroom with MS&MA, they both work and MA is also studying for their master. They're pretty chill to live with. You would need to keep the common spaces relatively clean though, it is a shared space.
If you're interested just shoot me a dm here, tell me a bit more about who you are and what you're looking for, and maybe share your favourite song or something.
Next step is that we would have a call with my flatmates as well, and I can arrange an online viewing, the space is exactly like the photos (didn't even really tidy up or clean up before taking them), but I understand an online viewing would be more comfortable.
If you need the space for a shorter period, we can talk about a reduced rent, honestly, I'm just covering the expenses and would appreciate someone to take care of the plants.
