mein Name ist Anton und ich bin 24 Jahre alt. Vor kurzem bin ich für mein Praktikum nach Berlin gezogen und fange nun meinen ersten Job hier an und bleibe langfristig hier.
In meiner Heimat habe ich früher in einer 3-er WG gewohnt und möchte deshalb nun wieder eine WG eröffnen, nachdem ich gemerkt habe, dass ich lieber in einer WG als alleine wohne.
Da ich in Vollzeit arbeite und unter der Woche viel beschäftigt bin, suche ich eher jemanden Berufstätigen/viel beschäftigten Studenten. Studierende sind auch herzlich willkommen, aber unter der Woche ist mir Ruhe und Rücksicht wichtig, da ich früh aufstehe und dementsprechend auch ein Frühschläfer bin :)
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm. groß und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. Das Zimmer übergebe ich dir leer.

My name is Anton and I'm 24 years old. I recently moved to Berlin for my internship and am now starting my first job here and staying here long-term.
In my home country I used to live in a 3-person shared flat and would now like to open a shared flat again after realizing that I prefer living in a shared flat to living alone.
As I work full time and am very busy during the week, I am looking for someone who works/is a busy student. Students are also welcome, but during the week peace and quiet is important to me, as I get up early and am therefore an early sleeper :)
Your room is about 15 square meters and faces south. I will give you the room empty.
Busse fahren von zwei Haltestellen in direkter Nähe unter 5 Minuten Fußweg. Die S-Bahn (Priesterweg) ist nur 20 min. zu Fuß oder drei Haltestellen per Bus entfernt. U6 Ullsteinstraße ist ca. 15 min Fußweg.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Form von Netto, Lidl und Rewe in unter 10 min. fußläufig.
Buses depart from two stops in the immediate vicinity under 5 minutes walk. The S-Bahn (Priesterweg) is only 20 min. away on foot or three stops by bus. U6 is reachable by feet under 15 min.
Shopping facilities are available in the form of Netto, Lidl and Rewe in 10 min. walking distance.
Bei dem WG-Leben ist mir ein harmonisches Miteinander, wie allen, wichtig. Wie erwähnt ist es bei mir in der Woche eher ruhiger, aber ich freue mich dennoch über gemeinsames Essen/Quatschen in der Küche. Meine Wochenenden verbringe ich gerne in Gesellschaft bei gemeinsamen (veganen) Koch-Sessions/Spieleabenden oder ich gehe mal aus und erkunde Berlin. Daneben treibe ich viel Sport. Hauptsächlich Kraftsport.
Beim Zusammenlegen ist mir Ordnung und Sauberkeit wichtig. Ich schlage vor, wir machen einen Putzplan und jeder hinterlässt z.B. die Küche nach dem Kochen sauber.
In the WG life is important to me a harmonious togetherness, like all. As mentioned, it is rather quiet with me during the week, but I'm still happy about eating together / chatting in the kitchen. My weekends I like to spend in company with common (vegan) cooking sessions/game nights or I go out sometimes and explore Berlin. Besides that I do a lot of sports. Mainly weight training.
When folding, order and cleanliness is important to me. I suggest we make a cleaning plan and everyone leaves the kitchen clean after cooking, for example.
