Dear all,
We are looking for a new roommate (FLINTA* only) for our shared flat, who can be also added as a main tenant to our existing contract. Our beautiful apartment is a new build, well-equipped and very close to the U-Bahn Alt-Tempelhof. The total area of the apartment is 107 sqm, the room is approximately 10 sqm with a high bed. Additionally we have a large living room with an open kitchen, a big hallway, and two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub). Another highlight is the big south-facing balcony. Also very practical is our storage room with a lot of space. The rent is approximately 490 euros. A deposit of approximately 1020 euros must be paid. For all the kitchen equipment, some furniture (e.g. bed and slatted frame), and the washing machine, a compensation of 500 euros would be required.
The station U-Bahn Alt-Tempelhof (U6) is very close. Also in walking distance (10 minutes) is S-Bahn Tempelhof with the Ringbahn.
Your roomies are gonna be Annika (33), Maryam (25) and Ségolène (27). Annika is working as a social worker. Maryam studied public policy and is looking for a job after an internship she just finished. Ségolène works as postdoc in math/computer science at the University.
We have a relaxed atmosphere at home, where we occasionally cook, watch something, and sometimes do things together. At the same time, you have your privacy if you want. A certain level of cleanliness in the shared spaces is important to us. Whether and what items should be shared (food, cleaning supplies) can be discussed together.
We need a new roomie with a stable income to replace the main tenant.
