Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in Tempelhof, in einer ruhigen Ecke, trotz des Tempelhofer Dammes.
Durch die nur 30 Meter entfernte U-bahn Station, U6 Kaiserin-Augusta-Str., ist die Verbindung Absolut unschlagbar optimal.
Zum Mehringdam sind es nur 5 Stationen und von dort aus geht es in alle Richtungen von Berlin.
Zur S-Bahn Station Tempelhof, sind es nur 2 Stationen und von dort aus zum S-bahn Ring, der einmal rund um Berlin fährt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig zu erreichen und in guter Lage zur Wohnung.
Im Te-Damm Center befindet sich ein Edeka, Aldi, fast gegenüber ein lidl und im tempelhofer Hafen Center sind ebenfalls sehr viele weitere geschäfte.
Restaurants und berlin-Typische Schnell-Imbisse sind ebenfalls überall in der Nähe zu finden.
Von Curywurst, über Pizza bis zum gemüse Döner ist alles vorhanden.

Das Tempelhofer Feld ist der ehemalige Flughafen Tempelhof, der von sehr vielen Berlinern besucht wird um zu Joggen, Fahrrad zu fahren, zu grillen

Die Post und das Bürgeramt Tempelhof sind keine 250 Meter entfernt !

Die Bewerberinnen sollten zwischen 18-27 Jahre alt sein.
