Ich vermiete mein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim für einen Monat mit allen benötigten Möbeln. Im Zimmer befinden sich ein Bett, ein Sofa, ein Schreibtisch, ein Schrank und einen Kühlschrank. Die Küche und die Toilette werden gemeinsam mit 3 Personen genutzt und täglich von einem Putzmann gereinigt.

I rent my room in the dormitory for a month with all the necessary furniture. In the room there is a bed, a sofa, a desk, a wardrobe and a fridge. The kitchen and the toilet are shared with 3 people and cleaned daily by a cleaner
Ich kann die Lage nur mit einem Wort beschreiben "wunderbar". Man kann in einer Minute zu Fuß die S-Haltestelle Tiergarten erreichen. S-Tiergarten befindet sich zwischen S-Zoologischergaten und S-Hauptbahnhof. Das heißt, dass man maximal in 10 Minuten S-Hauptbahnhof, Friedrichstraße, Zoologischer Garten oder Charlottenburg erreichen kann. Darüber hinaus kann man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten Turmstraße oder Zoologischergarten erreichen.
Es gibt genug Parkplätze, Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

I can only describe the location with one word "wonderful". You can walk to the Tiergarten S stop in a minute. S-Tiergarten is located between S-Zoologischergaten and S-Hauptbahnhof. This means that you can reach S-Hauptbahnhof, Friedrichstraße, Zoologischer Garten or Charlottenburg in 10 minutes at most. In addition, you can walk to Turmstraße or Zoologischergarten in 10 minutes.
There is enough parking places , restaurants or shopping in the surrounding area.
Bei der WG geht es um ein Studentenwohnheim. Die Küche und die Toilette werden gemeinsam mit 3 Personen genutzt. Alle Mitbewohner sind nett aber es gibt keinen engen Kontakt. Eigentlich geht es um eine Zweck-WG. Ab und zu treffen wir uns zufällig in der Küche und quatschen.

The shared apartment is about a student dormitory. The kitchen and the toilet are shared with 3 people. All roommates are nice but there is no close contact. Actually it is about a purpose WG. From time to time we meet by chance in the kitchen and chat.
Die Mietdauer ist ein Monat. Die Kaution und die Miete kostetn 350€ (Warm). Du kannst sofort bei der Schlüsselabgabe die Kaution zurückerhalten, falls alle Möbel in Ordnung sind.
