wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner. Ich bin Student an der HU und mein Mitbewohner ist berufstätig und deswegen meist außer Haus. Wir legen Wert auf Respekt, Toleranz und Rücksicht. Bei uns darf jeder sein wie er ist wenn er diese drei Attribute besitzt. Jeder darf auch mal Fehler machen solange er standhaft für sie einsteht. Ich bin Sport und Reise begeistert und gehe dabei auch gerne in die Extreme bin aber ein von grundauf entspannter Typ. Ich könnte euch zu quatschen mit meinen Hobbys und ect. aber ich denke Wir machen uns am besten persönlich ein Bild von einander. Rauchen ist in eurem Zimmer und im Bad Ok solange ihr ordentlich lüftet. Das Zimmer ist möbiliert und ihr könnt sogar noch eine zusätliche Materatze haben wenn ihr wollt. Das bett ist sehr groß und ihr habt auch ein großen schrank und diverse andere Möbel. Die Lage ist für HU Studenten vorzüglich (6min Friedrichstraße plus 5min Fußweg/Mensa nord von Haustür aus in unter 12min). Ruhige grüne Lage. Gesundbrunnencenter in 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eigentlich keine reine Zweck WG aber wir müssen auch keine Freunde werden.
Ich musste ziemlich spontan verreisen und bin ab Samstag wieder in Berlin Ich werde das erste WG-Casting am Sonntag von 13-15 Uhr ansetzen wir können aber auch was spontan ausmachen. Schreibt mir bitte an
Mietzeitraum ist erstmal bis zum 1.04 für 340euro dannach 420 bzw 400 pro Monat jenachdem auf wielange wir uns einigen. Theoretisch könnt ihr ab Sonntag einziehen.
