Da ich mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe, möchte ich mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete für einen bis 3 Monat freigeben (ab 15.02). Es besteht auch eventuell die Möglichkeit nach einem Monat in der WG langfristig zu bleiben, wenn du mit der WG gut harmonierst.
Wir sind eine 3er Mädels WG (Martha, Viktoria und ich).
Viktoria ist 23 Jahre alt, studiert Medizin an der Charité im 10. Semester und ist immer sportlich unterwegs. Martha ist 21 Jahre alt und studiert Produkt und Textildesign.
Ich suche jemand der natürlich freundlich, ordentlich und entspannt ist. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich 2 Gehminuten von der U Rehberge entfernt. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten kommt man nach Mitte (Friedrichstraße). Ich lasse dir das Bett und den Schreibtisch und einen Schrank da. Meine Restliche Einrichtung nehme ich am 15.02 schon mit in die neue Wohnung.

I want to sublet my room, because I´m moving together with my boyfriend. There is also the possibility to enter into the main lease. We're a 3girls sharing Flat (Martha, Viktoria and me). Viktoria is 23 years old, is studying medicine at the Charité (10th semester) and loves sport. Martha is 21 years old and studies product and textile design. I am looking for someone friendly, tidy and relaxed. We speak German and English. Our apartment is located 2 minutes walk from the U Rehberge. Within 10 minutes you are in the city center (Friedrichstraße).

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich 2 Gehminuten (150m) von der U Rehberge entfernt. Innerhalb von 11 Minuten kommt man öffentlich nach Mitte (Friedrichstraße) oder in 18min zum Ku’damm.
English: Our apartment is located 2 minutes (150m) walk from the U Rehberge. Within 11 minutes you can get in the city center by train (Friedrichstraße) vor within 18 Minutes to the "Ku’damm".

Bitte schick mir eine kleine Beschreibung zu deiner Person und was du dir vorstellst, sowie eine SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) und/oder Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung falls vorhanden. Alle restlichen Unterlagen für eine möglichen Eintritt in den Hauptmietvertrag tauschen wir später aus, falls Du mit Viktoria und Martha gut harmonierst.
Die Miete all inclusive (Warm, Strom, Wlan) beträgt ohne Mietendeckel 390€. Aktuell zahle ich nur 330€ mit Mietendeckel.

Please send me a short description of yourself and how you imagine living in a shared flat. I you have one I would like to see your SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) and / or "Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung". We will exchange all remaining documents for a possible entry into the main lease later, if you get on well with Viktoria and Martha.
The all inclusive rent (warm, electricity, wifi) is € 390 without the "Mietndeckel". At the moment I only pay 330 € with the "Mietendeckel".
