Hi there,
I am moving out of my flat next month and looking for a worthy replacement for my flatmate!
This flat is available for 1st of July.
The flat is located in beautiful Sprengel Kiez area (getting better everyday with this good weather around the corner).
You will be living with my flatmate Zura, who is from Georgia, he speaks (Georgian, English, Turkish, Russian fluently and 50% German). The ideal future flatmate should be responsible, clean up after himself and respectful of each other's space. This flat is for young professionals only - male or female. It is not suitable for students, couples or people with pets.
The flat management/ Hausverwaltung is managed by an agency. They would need your information and checks before making you the Hauptmiete. They are professional and punctual and almost always answer on time.
The flat is extremely well connected to multiple public transports U-Bahn and bus stations.

Hauptbahnhof (12mins by bike)
you can also walk into town along the canal and within 30mins you are at the Reichstag opposite direction you will be at the Plötzensee.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ:
Rent: 538€ (warm)
Deposit: 1290€ (x3 rents cold)
Signing on fee meaning you share the contract as the new Hauptmiete: 500€
Shared house furniture: 300€
This includes all kitchen ware items such as a medium size fridge 1year old, table, chairs, cutlery, crockery, sofa, washing machine and much more.
A monthly electricity: bill 23.50€ each per month
I will leave some furniture in my room for you to have for free, this includes:
The white sofa (one foot is damaged, but other than that it is in good condition and clean).
My bed frame (low bed frame)
White curtains.
The estate agency/ Hausverwaltung will need to following information from you to officialize your moving in.
It is ultimately their choice whether they accept or not but I have always known them to be flexible and open, especially with regards to me and my flatmate's opinion on the future tenant :)

- Proof of income for the last 3 months
- Confirmation of no rental debts
- Personal details (single/married, pets)
