Hi there,
I am moving out of my flat next month and looking for a worthy replacement for my flatmate!
This flat is available for 1st of July.
The flat is located in beautiful Sprengel Kiez area (getting better everyday with this good weather around the corner).
You will be living with my flatmate Zura, who is from Georgia, he speaks (Georgian, English, Turkish, Russian fluently and 50% German). The ideal future flatmate should be responsible, clean up after himself and respectful of each other's space. This flat is for young professionals only - male or female. It is not suitable for students, couples or people with pets.
The flat management/ Hausverwaltung is managed by an agency. They would need your information and checks before making you the Hauptmiete. They are professional and punctual and almost always answer on time.
The flat is extremely well connected to multiple public transports U-Bahn and bus stations.

you can also walk into town along the canal and within 30mins you are at the Reichstag opposite direction you will be at the Plötzensee.

The estate agency/ Hausverwaltung will need to following information from you to officialize your moving in.
It is ultimately their choice whether they accept or not but I have always known them to be flexible and open, especially with regards to me and my flatmate's opinion on the future tenant :)
