Hallo :) Das Zimmer ist ein gemühtliches Zimmer in einer zweier WG. Wir haben einen gemeinsam genutzten Balkon und alles, was man so zum Leben braucht (ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Internet, Bett, Schreibtisch...).

Hello :) The room is a cosy room in an appartement of two people. We have a shared balcony and everything you need for living (equipped kitchen, washing machine, dish-washer, internet, bed, desk…)
In der Nähe gibt es eigentlich alles, was man braucht: Supermärkte (türkisch, asiatisch, bio...), Dönerbuden, Bars und Restaurants. Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten Fußweg vom U-Bahnhof Nauener Platz (U9), 10 Minuten vom U-Bahnhof Seestraße (U6) und 5 Minuten von der Tram-Station Osramhöfe (M13).
Der Schillerpark ist 10 Minuten entfernt und total schön zum chillen, spazieren oder Sport machen.
Die Wohnung liegt an einer Straße mit Kopfsteinpflaster. Es ist zwar nicht super laut, aber ich kann nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig hier.

Close to my home you have everything you need: supermarkets (turkish, asian, bio...), lots of restaurants, bars and cafes. The appartement ist 5 minutes way from Nauener Platz (U9), 10 minutes away from Seestraße (U6) and 5 minutes away from Osram-Höfe (M13).
The Schillerpark ist 10 minutes away and very nice for hanging out, taking a walk or doing sports.
It is located next to a street which is not extremely loud, but I cannot sleep with open windows. Apart from that it is quite quiet here.
Zu mir: Ich spreche Spanisch, Englisch und ein bisschen Französisch. Mein Leben dreht sich viel um Musik und Politik. Ich freue mich also immer über Austausch und Neues zu lernen :)
Meine Wochenplanung ist gerade recht flexibel und ich werde auch in den Urlaub fahren.Ich bin generell nicht so viel zuhause. Aber bin eine neugierige und offene Person und mag Gespräche bei einem Käffchen in der Küche!

Zur Sicherheit würde ich dich bitten, eine Kaution in Höhe von 300 € zu zahlen. Diese bekommst du ein paar Tage nach deinem Auszug komplett zurück, wenn nichts kaputt ist. Außerdem würde ich gerne einen Untermietvertrag machen, damit wir beide abgesichert sind.

Just to be safe, I would ask for a deposit of 300 €, which I will immediately return, when you have moved out and nothing got broke. Also, I would like us to sign a contract to have the details on paper for both of us.
