Im Sommer schützt ein großer Laubbaum vor zu viel Sonneneinstrahlung, im Winter lässt er mangels Blätter viel Licht ins Zimmer. Die Wohnung ist warm und ruhig. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist ruhig, Straßenlärm praktisch nicht existent.
