Das Zimmer ist möbliert, inkl. TV-Gerät und 21qm groß. Die Wohnung wurde Anfang 2022 kernsaniert, alle elektrischen Leitungen inklusive. Das Zimmer geht nach vorne raus, die Straße ist aber weder Hauptverkehrsstraße, noch Durchgangsstraße. Im Sommer schützt ein großer Laubbaum vor zu viel Sonneneinstrahlung, im Winter lässt er mangels Blätter viel Licht ins Zimmer. Die Wohnung ist warm und ruhig. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist ruhig, Straßenlärm praktisch nicht existent.
