Das Zimmer ist ziemlich ruhig und liegt zum Innenhof hin.
Die Wohnung ist renoviert und in gutem Zustand.
Ich als Hauptmieter ziehe auch erst zum August ein, d.h. die Wohnung ist leer wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und kann dann nach und nach von uns eingerichtet werden. Die Küche ist aber schon da.
The room is quite quiet and faces the courtyard.
The flat is renovated and in good condition.
I, as the main tenant, will not move in until August, which means that the flat is empty as shown in the pictures and can then be furnished by us bit by bit. The kitchen is already there.
Die Anbindung ist super. Es sind 10 min Laufen zur Ringbahn/U9 Bundesplatz oder 7 min zur U7 Blissestraße.
Für TU-Studis ist es perfekt, es sind nur 15 min mit dem Fahrrad bis zur TU.
Supermärkte (Edeka, Lidl, BioCompany) kann man entspannt zu Fuß erreichen und der Volkspark Wilmersdorf ist direkt um die Ecke.
Ansonsten ist die Gegend hier sehr ruhig.
The connections are great. It's a 10-minute walk to the Ringbahn/U9 Bundesplatz or 7 minutes to the U7 Blissestraße.
It is perfect for TU students, it is only 15 minutes by bike to the TU.
Supermarkets (Edeka, Lidl, BioCompany) are within easy walking distance and the Volkspark Wilmersdorf is just around the corner.
Other than that, the area is very quiet.
Dein neuer Mitbewohner wäre dann ich, Paul, 21 Jahre.
Momentan studiere ich Informatik an der TU Berlin und fange im Winter den Master an.
In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Musik und spiele Klavier und Gitarre. Ist aber alles elektronisch und mit Kopfhörern, keine Sorge ;)
Ansonsten liebe ich Brettspiele (Schach-ELO: 1200) und mache auch mal gerne Sport und probiere neue Sachen aus.
Generell bin ich eher eine ruhigere Person und manchmal auch ganz lustig.
Sprachen interessieren mich sehr, momentan lerne ich Spanisch und würde mich über Austausch freuen.
Ich würde auch gerne Sachen zusammen unternehmen wie z.B. Kochen, Spieleabend oder feiern gehen. Da bin ich für alles zu haben.

Your new flatmate would be me, Paul, 21 years old.
I'm currently studying computer science at the TU Berlin and will start my master's degree in winter.
In my free time I like to make music and play the piano and guitar. But it's all electronic and with headphones, don't worry ;)
Apart from that I love board games (chess-ELO: 1200) and I also like to do sports and try out new things.
In general, I'm a rather quiet person and sometimes quite funny.
I am very interested in languages, at the moment I am learning Spanish and would be happy about an exchange.
I would also like to do things together such as cooking, game night or going out. I am up for anything.
Feel free to write me what your ideas are about living in a shared flat.
Eine Besichtigung der Wohnung ist leider nicht möglich, da sie erst zum 1.8. bezugsfertig sein wird. Die Fotos sind aber aktuell und entsprechend wird der Zustand dann sein.
Um dich vorab kennenlernen zu können, würde ich mich dann bei dir melden und was ausmachen.
