Der Bus hält 1 Meter vor der Haustür, die U8 ist 50 Meter entfernt.
Supermärkte wie Aldi, Lidl, Netto, Edeka, Kaufland, Bolu in 3-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man Pankow, Wedding (Bezirksgreze 200m entfernt) und Mitte ideal in wenigen Minuten.
Der Schäfersee ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und lädt zum erholsamen Spaziergang ein.

Zu Dennis: Dennis hat gerade seinen Master in Peace and Conflict Studies abgeschlossen und sucht nun nach der Möglichkeit damit unsere Welt ein kleines bisschen besser zu machen. :) Er identifiziert sich als non-binary.
Ansonsten treibt er sich wenn nicht gerade Corona wütet auf der ganzen Weltkarte umher oder entspannt beim Fußball oder dem Stylen neuer Looks daheim oder in der City. Außerdem ist er stolzer Pflanzenpapa; die Pflanzen sind im ganzen Haus verteilt.

About Dennis :
Dennis has just finished his Master in Peace and Conflict Studies and is now looking for the possibility to make our world a little bit better :) They identify as non-binary.
When Corona isn't raging, Dennis can be found traveling all over the world, playing soccer or styling new looks at home or in the city. In addition, Dennis is a proud plant dad; the plants are distributed throughout the house.

Generell ist es ein entspanntes WG-Leben in dem jeder sich frei entfalten kann und seine Freiräume genießt .
Gerne sitzen wir am Abend zusammen, spielen Gesellschaftspiele, kochen ab und an zusammen oder schauen zusammen Filme an. Wir sind keine Zwecks WG und wünschen uns deshalb auch nur Bewerbungen von gleichgesinnten Interessent*innen.

In general, it is a relaxed WG life in which everyone can develop freely and enjoys their freedom.
We like to sit together in the evening, play board games, cook together from time to time or watch movies together. We are not a purpose WG and therefore wish only applications from like-minded interested parties.

Gebraucht werden :

-> positive Schufa (solicitar ahora) Auskunft
-> Gehaltsnachweise (letzte 3 Monate)
-> Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung
-> Personalausweis

Die Vermietung ist über Privatpersonen geregelt.
Für 3 Monate ist die Vergabe als Untermietvertrag für euch geplant.
Danach ist dann der Übergang in den Hauptmietvertrag gesetzt.

Wir haben uns als WG im Februar 2021 eine neue Waschmaschine gekauft. Dafür fällt zusätzlich ein Abschlag von 100€ an. WG Eigentum kann dann bei Auszug unter euch aufgeteilt werden bzw. vom Nachmieter anteilig verlangt werden.

In den nächsten Wochen werden wir euch dann zum Kennenlernen und Wohnungsbesuch einladen .

Needed documents are :

-> positive Schufa (solicitar ahora) information
-> proof of salary (last 3 months)
-> rent debt free certificate
-> identity card

The renting is regulated by private persons.
For three months the allocation is planned as a sublease for you.
From then the transition is set to the main lease.

In February we bought a new washing machine. For this, an additional 100€ will be charged. As property of the flat share the at leaving the machine can be distributed among the people in the WG or charged partially to the next person.

In the next weeks we will then invite you to get to know each other and visit the apartment .
