Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, da es über ein Fenster und eine Balkontür zur Südseite verfügt. Es bietet viel Platz für alles, was man benötigt. Wenn du einen grünen Daumen hast oder einfach gerne in der Sonne sitzt, dann wirst du dich sicherlich auch sehr über deinen eigenen Balkon freuen 🪴
Magdalena, die jetzige Mieterin, würde gerne das Bett + Matratze, Schreibtisch, Rollcontainer, Drehstuhl, Spiegel, Hängelampe, Schrank, Kommode, Vorhänge und den Teppich für 280€ abgeben. Daher wäre es eine Bedingung, dass du die Möbel übernimmst.

The room is very bright as it has a window and a balcony door facing south. It offers plenty of space for everything you need. If you like plants or just like sitting in the sun, then you will certainly be very happy about your own balcony 🪴
Magdalena, the current tenant, would like to give away the bed + mattress, desk, rolling container, chair, mirror, hanging lamp, wardrobe, drawers, curtains and the carpet for €280. Therefore, it would be a condition that you would take over the furniture.

You are very well connected with the M1/U2. In 15 minutes to Alex or in 5 minutes to the Ringbahn (1 stop to Schönhauser Allee)

Lars lived in this apartment with his family, but brought a house outside of Berlin. He kept the apartment because of work. He lives in the small room and is here more often at the moment for work. He works for an NGO.
I (Jessica) have lived here for about 3 years. I came to study at the TU and started working in marketing (actually a lot from home). I like doing sports (Beat81, Squash, yoga), have lived abroad (Spain), still like discovering new things in Berlin and I am currently learning Turkish and trying to not get too rusty in Spanish.
I had a very good relationship with my previous flatmate and it didnt feel like just sharing an apartment. We cooked together from time to time or went out. Would be nice to find someone who is not only sitting in his/her room :)
Lars and I don't do anything together, but it is important to both of us that the shared apartment is a quiet and relaxing place where everyone feels comfortable and where we can chat over a coffee in the kitchen.

We have a cleaning schedule. Every week one person is responsible for cleaning the kitchen, bathroom and hallway.
We have a dishwasher and there are lots of things in the kitchen too. We just need to get a new microwave soon.

Lars hat mit seiner Familie in dieser Wohnung gewohnt, hat die Wohnung aber aufgrund der Arbeit behalten. Er wohnt im kleinen Zimmer und ist momentan öfters hier.
Lars arbeitet bei einer NGO im Naturschutzbereich.
Ich (Jessica) wohnen seit etwa 3 Jahren hier. Ich bin fürs Studium an der TU gekommen und arbeite mittlerweile im Marketing (tatsächlich auch viel von zuhause.) Ich bin gerne beim Sport (Beat81, Squash, Yoga), habe schon im Ausland (Madrid/Valencia) gewohnt, entdecke immer noch gerne neue Dinge in Berlin (Museen, Flohmärkte, Konzerte,..) und lerne grade Türkisch.
Mit meiner vorherigen Mitbewohnerin hatte ich ein sehr freundschaftliches Verhältnis und es war keine Zweck-WG. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn du auch Lust auf ein entspanntes Miteinander hättest. Aber alles natürlich nach dem Motto: alles kann, nichts muss.
Lars und ich machen zwar nichts zusammen, aber uns ist beiden wichtig, dass die WG ein ruhiger und entspannter Ort ist, an dem sich alle wohlfühlen und man auch mal bei einem Kaffee in der Küche quatschen kann.
Wir haben einen Putzplan. Jede Woche ist eine Person für das Putzen der Küche, des Bads und Flurs verantwortlich.
Wir haben eine Spülmaschine und in der Küche sind auch viele Dinge vorhanden. Wir müssten uns nur bald eine neue Mikrowelle zulegen.
