The room is located in a special flat, in the top of the building with a big window. It is furnished. The flat has an big living room with open kitchen, dining area, couch etc., access to a terrace - is perfect for sun bathing and you get a great view over Berlin - you can see Frankfurter Tor .
The flat has two bathrooms and a washing machine.

Das möbelierte Zimmer befinden sich in einer einzigartigen Wohnung im Dachgeschoss mit großem Fenster.
Die Wohnung hat einen offenen Eingangsbereich - man tritt quasi gleich in den Wohnbereich ein - ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer nach amerikanischem Vorbild mit Küche, Essbereich, Ruhe-/Couchecke und Zugang zur Dachterrasse. Von hier hat man einen sehr schönen Blick über die Dächer von Berlin mit Blick auf das Frankfurter Tor (gut geeignet für warme Sommerabende). Sowohl in der Wohnung gibt es eine Essecke wie auch auf der Terrasse.
Die Küche ist mit fast allem ausgestattet (Herd, Ofen, Spülmaschine, Geschirr und Besteck, etc.)
Es gibt 2 Bäder, wobei eines größer ist, eine Dusche sowie Badewanne hat. Das 2. ist ein Gästebad mit Toilette, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine.
The flat is located in Berlin's well known area Friedrichshain in the street Weidenweg.
Between the river Spree and the crossroad Frankfurter Tor you can find many small stores and Cafes. Boxhagener Platz and Simon-Dach-Straße are well known areas with more than 100 Pubs und more the 3.3000 spots in several biergarten.
The flat is well connected to the public transportation system. Right in front of the door are the station of the tram M10 and M21. The underground U5 is just 5 min fare and the Circle-train S 41 and S42 are also close. As well you are easy connected to the airport Schönefeld.
It takes only 3 min walking to reach 2 nice parks where you can have barbecue in the summer.

Der Weidenweg befindet sich im berliner Szenebezirk Friedrichshain. Zwischen Spree und Frankfurter Tor findet man zur Straße hin viele kleine Geschäfte und Cafés. Die Wohnung ist auf Grund seiner zentralen Lage sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Der S-Bahnhof Warschauer Straße ist fußläufig in nur 5 Minuten erreichbar; auch der U-Bahnhof Frankfurter Tor ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Direkt vor der Tür halten die Tram M10 und M21. Neben den gängigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet die nahegelegene Simon-Dach-Straße und der Boxhagener Platz absolute Highlights für Stöberfreudige. Allein der Wochenmarkt um den Boxhagener Platz ist äußerst sehenswert und erfreut sich höchster Beliebtheit. Weiterhin sind in 3 min Gehreichweite 2 größere Parks, welche im Sommer zum Grillen einladen.
