I know it takes time but please read this first :) .
I will rent my room for 6 months from January 14th. After this, it is dependent on my flatmates on whether you confinue on and take the contract over
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT PHYSICALLY IN BERLIN TO VIEW THE APARTMENT.
The room is large and light and has a private balcony. It’s a great location about 1 min walk from Rewe. The room is fully furnished and I will leave space for your clothes and belongings.
You will be sharing the wg with a German girl and Tunisian guy, both doing their masters. They are super nice and in their 20’s.
Ideally we’d be looking for someone also in their late 20’s who is sociable. I would say this wg is the perfect mix of sociable and quiet. We have friends over, listen to music on the balcony, go out on the weekends but its also quiet when you need it to be and no one minds about you having friends over and that sort of thing. Also smoking in the kitchen is fine.

I’m living in London for a bit so my flatmates will be doing the viewings on the 28th/29th December. I’ll join on facetime. You can move in anytime from 30th onwwards!
