Your room is sporadically furnished (you are welcome to use it), if you want something else, we have some storage space in the basement (1-2 cubic metres). The room is only available for the month of September :)
Most of my stuff is stored in the basement, so you can live there quite well.
Note: there is no common dining room - so you 'have' to eat in the room or standing up in the kitchen (or eat together with your room-mate).
Armenische Strasse, it's quite good - see Google Maps. Very quickly at the tram stop Osramhöfe [3 min]. By bike a few minutes to the Seestrasse (U6) or Osloer Strasse (U8) stop. Discount store Netto 4 minutes on foot away. Schiller-Park only 2 min away.
South-facing room on the first floor with balcony.
Slight noise level in the flat thanks to a building site (house construction) 150m away, but the noise level also seems OK to me. You can hear a main road in the background (distance: 200m), especially on the balcony, but hardly if you keep the window closed.

I'm out of town for a few months, so I'm not writing for me, but for my flatmate. Your flatmate - Ribhu - is from India, speaks English and would also like to talk to you in person before you move in. He is usually with his girlfriend on weekends and otherwise the flat-sharing arrangement is unfortunately such that there is little you can do together (there is no 'common room', unless you invite people to your room to talk / eat, for example -- there are just the kitchen, the corridor and the bathroom as common rooms). Ribhu is an engineer by profession and uses the flat share more as a functional flat share and often comes home late.
minimum criteria:
- 'low-maintenance', easy-going person.
- Hygiene (cleaning once a week, no piling up of cutlery in the kitchen, keeping the sink free)
- Consideration for each other, especially with regard to noise (no parties, night rest after 11 pm).
