Ruhige Lage in begehrtem Wohngebiet, ruhige Einbahnstraße in einem freundlichen Wohngebiet.
4 Fussminuten zur Haltestelle Hangelar Mitte der Linie 66. Von dort 10 Minuten bis Siegburg Hbf und 12 Min. bis Bonn Stadtmitte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Schreibwaren, Post, Bank und auch Gastronomie etc ...) Also so gut wie in Bonn, nur mehr Natur darum herum, aber nur wenige Minuten bis Bonn Zentrum und auch auf der Autobahn ist man schnell.
