Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt. Du wohnst 30 s enfernt vom Bertha-von-Suttner Platz an der Ecke Friedrichstraße/Wenzelgasse und kannst so ziemlich alles fußläufig erreichen: HBF - 10 min, Uni Hauptgebäude - 5 min, Rewe - 5 min, Aldi - 5 min, Rhein 5 min und eben alles was die Innenstadt sonst noch so zu bieten hat. Eine Ärztin ist auch direkt in der Straße bspw.. Nur wenn du zum Venusberg (30 min) oder nach Poppelsdorf (10 min) musst empfiehlt sich das Rad oder der Bus direkt vor der Tür. Ansonsten lassen sich die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Beueler Seite des Rheins in ca. 15 min zu Fuß erreichen. Zu erwähnen wären noch der zeitlich begrenzte Lärm während des Tages, welcher eben in einer Innenstadt zu erwarten ist. Die Lage ist ansonsten wirklich ein Jackpot.

You live 30 seconds away from Bertha-von-Suttner Square at the corner of Friedrichstraße/Wenzelgasse, and you can reach almost everything on foot: Central Station - 10 minutes, University Main Building - 5 minutes, Rewe - 5 minutes, Aldi - 5 minutes, the Rhine - 5 minutes, and everything else that the city center has to offer. There's even a doctor's office on the same street, for example. If you need to go to Venusberg (30 minutes) or Poppelsdorf (10 minutes), it's recommended to use a bike or take the bus right outside the door. Otherwise, you can walk to the Beuel side of the Rhine to catch the sunsets in about 15 minutes. It's worth mentioning the occasional daytime noise, as is expected in a city center. Deine Mitbewohnis sind Trine (24 Jahre) studiert Schauspiel und Wirtschaft, Felix (23 Jahre) hat gerade seinen Bachelor in Physik hinter sich und Max (28 Jahre) arbeitet im Homeoffice und studiert Informatik. Wir haben ein sehr angenehmes Miteinander in dem offen kommuniziert wird, sollte mal was sein setzen wir uns zusammen und besprechen alles. Unser WG-Lebenb spiel sich viel in der gut ausgestatteten Küche oder im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer ab. Neben gemeinsamen Film- oder Spieleabenden, oder spontanen Zusammenkünften zum Essen oder dem morgendlichen Kaffee ist uns unsere Privatsphäre auch wichtig. Wir achten auf bewusste Ernährung mit Fleisch, mit mir geht der einzige aktive Fleischesser aus der WG heraus und meine Mitbewohnis schätzen es sehr wert, wenn du einen gemäßigten Fleisch/Fischkonsum an den Tag legst.
