Wegen meines Auslandssemester vermiete ich mein WG Zimmer von September bis Dezember/Januar (VB) unter. Einzug ist ab sofort möglich, kann aber auch verhandelt werden, wann genau. Gesucht ist eine Frau!
Das Zimmer ist Ca. 22m², möbliert, 5 min vom Bahnhof zu Fuß entfernt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Linie 10) fast direkt vor der Tür, Haltestelle Am Wall und Hauptbahnhof sind schnell zu erreichen (ca. 6-10 min laufen).
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist im Arbeitsleben, ist 29 Jahre und sehr pflegeleicht, ruhig und nett. Es handelt sich eher um eine Zweck WG, doch für eine Zwischenmiete bietet sich das vielleicht auch gut an.
