Your room is cca. 15m2 with high ceilings with the door so you can have your own privacy.

I am a filmmaker & DJ, mixing between travelling and working from home. Music is always playing in the house, but have no worries - it's some good underground quality stuff from vinyl across all genres.
I'm semi clean person, I allow creative mess but hygiene must be kept at all times!
If you are living with me get ready for constant comedy, roasting and jokes in the house :)

I would prefer someone who is in a creative field of work, with whom I can share and exchange creative ideas and explore different fields. However, this is not important for me - you just do you and make sure not to complicate my life and we're good :)
Cleaning of the whole apartment should take place once a week, preferably on the weekends. There is always the need for day-to-day vacuuming and small stuff.
