WG Zimmer in 2er WG (3 Zimmer Wohnung) nähe Skyline Plaza

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel:
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Frankenallee zwischen Skyline Plaza und Galluswarte, wobei die Galluswarte fußläufig in etwa 3-4 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Also sehr nah, aber weit genug, um nicht vom Lärm der S-Bahnen gestört zu werden.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Speyererstraße ist in ca. 4-5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die U-Bahn Station Messe ist in ca. 13 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Außerdem ist man in 20 Minuten zu Fuß am Hauptbahnhof.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
Ganz in der Nähe gibt es ein Pennymarkt (4-5 Minuten zu Fuß) und das Skyline Plaza ist mit seinen zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Parkplatzsituation:
Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze. Je nach Tageszeit und Wochentag ist es mal leichter und mal schwieriger einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Public transportation:
The apartment is located on Frankenallee between Skyline Plaza and Galluswarte, the Galluswarte can be reached on foot in around 3-4 minutes. So very close, but far enough not to be disturbed by the noise of the S-Bahn.
The Speyererstraße tram stop can be reached on foot in about 4-5 minutes.
The subway station Messe can be reached in about 13 minutes on foot.
You can also walk to the main train station in 20 minutes.

Shops:
There is a penny market nearby (4-5 minutes on foot) and the Skyline Plaza with its numerous shops can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.

Parking situation:
There is free parking right outside the front door. Depending on the time of day and day of the week, it is sometimes easier and sometimes more difficult to find a parking space.

Du würdest zusammen mit mir, Onur (31), in der WG wohnen. Ich bin immer für einen entspannten Filmeabend oder einen Austausch über Technologie und Startups zu begeistern - trotzdem hast du die WG oft für dich allein, da ich oftmals bei meiner Familie sein werde. Ich bin meist nur von Sonntag Abend bis Mittwoch Abend in Frankfurt und arbeite bis ca. 18h.

Das Wohnzimmer, die Küche und das Bad sind bereits möbliert und können dementsprechend direkt von uns gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden. Ordnung und Sauberkeit wird in den gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räumen selbstverständlich vorausgesetzt.

Achtung: In der Küche gibt es Platz für eine Waschmaschine (siehe Foto). Ich benötige allerdings keine, du kannst aber natürlich deine eigene mitbringen wenn Bedarf besteht.

You would live with me, Onur (31), in the shared apartment. I am always enthusiastic about a relaxed film evening or an exchange about technology and startups - nevertheless you often have the flat to yourself, as I will often be with my family. I'm usually only in Frankfurt from Sunday evening to Wednesday evening and work until around 6pm.

The living room, kitchen and bathroom are already furnished and can therefore be used jointly by us. Order and cleanliness are of course required in the communal rooms.

Attention: There is space for a washing machine in the kitchen (see photo). I don't need one, but you can of course bring your own if you need to.

Du solltest Nichtraucher sein und auf Hygiene und Ordnung Wert legen, gerade weil ich seltener da bin.

Die Miete ist übrigens eine all-inclusive Miete: Internet, GEZ, Strom, Heizung und Wasser sind komplett abgedeckt!
