Hello,
My name is Kathiravan, and I'm looking to sublet my room in a shared apartment for one month, starting from August 1, 2023. My contract expires on September 1, 2023, and during this one month period, there's an opportunity for the potential tenant to discuss a long-term lease with the landlord if all parties find the arrangement agreeable. This gives you the chance for a short-term commitment with a potential for a longer stay.
The rent is 550 euros, inclusive of utilities (warm rent). I would like a deposit of 400 euros( since if anything happens to the room I would be responsible) but I am happy to reduce further after talking to you.
As for the room, it is spacious and furnished with a large dining table that can seat four people, a study table with a chair, a wardrobe, two large glass cabinets(one of them has 2 compartments missing, see pictures), and a large cupboard. You'll also find a semi-large cupboard in the kitchen for your use. The room is equipped with an airbed, a mattress, and a pillow. In the kitchen, you'll have access to a microwave oven, conventional oven, and a toaster. A designated compartment in both the refrigerator and freezer will be at your disposal. While there is a balcony attached to the room that offers a nice view, please note it is currently inaccessible. All the common kitchen utensils present already you can use them.
Our apartment is located in Höchst,a beautiful neighbourhood. Höchst Banhof, the local train station, is a mere 600 meters away. In addition to the train, you will also find bus and tram stations nearby for your commuting convenience. From Höchst Banhof, it's a short 10-minute journey to Hauptbahnhof, the main train station.
The apartment is surrounded by a variety of supermarkets, such as REWE, Y Mart, Watan Market, Tedi, Penny, Lidl, and Aldi, all within a 2 to 10-minute walking distance. For those who enjoy outdoor activities or just a relaxing stroll, the Frankfurt Main River is only a 10-minute walk away, presenting a perfect opportunity for jogging, unwinding, or enjoying the beautiful scenery.
Our apartment is currently home to two people, including the landlord/main tenant, Alpha Freeman, and another roommate, Robinson. Both are working professionals and maintain a calm and niceliving environment. They prefer a roommate who can appreciate and contribute to the calm atmosphere and cleanliness of shared spaces, such as the kitchen and restroom. This could be an ideal place for students or working professionals seeking a calm and friendly living arrangement.
