++ Ideal für Wochenend-Pendler ++ English speakers welcome! (English version below) ++ Gerne auch für begrenzten Zeitraum. Die Wohnung umfasst insgesamt 63qm, unterteilt in 3 gleich grosse (alle ca 14qm) Zimmer sowie Tageslichtbad und Küche (plus Balkon und Garten). Im Keller besteht viel Platz für Fahrräder und andere Dinge. Zur Untermiete frei steht 1 Zimmer, der Balkon sowie das komplette Wohnzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem sehr geräumigen Schrank ausgestattet, der kostenlos zur Verfügung steht, eine große Matratze (140cm breit), ein Sessel, ein Schreibtisch inkl Schreibtischsttuhl. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, inkl Kühlschrank. Internet, Strom, Waschmaschine selbstverständlich inklusive. Gerne ist auch ein kürzerer Zeitraum als der oben angegebene möglich. Ich selbst bin kaum zu Hause, da ich mit meinem Freund zusammen wohne. Ich freue mich über nette Rückmeldungen!

Weekend-commuters are welcome. The flat is 63sqm in size, divided into 3 equal-sized (each ca 14 sqm) rooms, day-light bathroom and kitchen (plus balcony and garden). Cellar to place your bike and other large stuff is available as well. Kitchen is fully furnished, including fridge. Internet is yours for free, as well as using the washing machine, of course. For rent is the sleeping room, the full living room incl balcony and a shared bath and shared kitchen. The room for rent includes a big wardrobe and I can offer a big mattress (no "real" bed, unfortunately), an armchair and a table for free. Shorter period of time is possible as well. I’m hardly in the flat as I live with my boyfriend. Looking forward to meeting nice people!
Ideal city-nah, aber ruhig gelegen im Westend Nord. 5 Minuten Fussweg zu Bahnhaltestelle "Alte Oper" , 10 Minuten Fussweg zu Haltestellen "Taunusanlage" und "Hauptwache". Ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten Fussweg zu den Bars in der Fressgasse und 5 Minuten ins Kino. Bars im Nordend und Sachsenhausen sind ebenfalls leicht erreichbar mit der U-Bahn. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend, 2 Minuten zum Rewe, dm, alnatura, Post. ++++ Very close to the city, 5 minutes footwalk to train station "Alte Oper", 10 minutes footwalk to train stations "Hauptwache" and "Taunusanlage". 10 minutes footwalk to bars and 5 minutes to the cinema. Bars in Nordend and Sachsenhausen easily reachable with subway. Very calm environment, no noisy streets. 2 minutes footwalk to supermarket REWE, dm, post office, alnatura.
Da ich berufstätig bin (und du evtl auch), müssten wir uns insbesondere morgens das Bad teilen. Normalerweise nutze ich das Bad morgens zwischen 8:15 und 8:45, kann mich hier aber anpassen. ++++ As I'm working nearby, we would have to share the bathroom in the mornings. I usually occupy the bathroom from 8:15 to 8:45, but can easily adjust to your timing.
