Da ich bald ausziehe, biete ich mein Zimmer in einer 3er-WG mitten im schönen Frankfurter Westend an. Die Warmmiete beläuft sich auf 560€ und muss ab dem 1. März angemietet werden.
Das Zimmer ist 21 Quadratmeter groß und wird unmöbliert übergeben (mit Ausnahme der Vorhänge). Es ist durch die drei Fenster angenehm hell, kann mit den Vorhängen aber auch sehr gut abgedunkelt werden. Die Einbahnstraßen direkt um das Haus werden kaum befahren und sind sehr ruhig. Es ist also ohne Probleme möglich, mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen und morgens höchstens von Vögeln in den Bäumen auf der Straße geweckt zu werden.
Zusätzlich zum Zimmer gibt es zur gemeinsamen Nutzung eine Küche mit Gasherd und -ofen, Kühlschrank mit drei Tiefkühlfächern sowie einem Geschirrspüler, ein Bad mit Duschwanne und Waschmaschine und einen Flur mit zusätzlichem Stauraum für Schuhe. Das Haus hat einen Innenhof, in dem Fahrräder abgestellt werden können und der nur über den Hausflur zugänglich ist, allerdings ohne Überdachung.
Für die Möbel und Elektrogeräte, die wir in Bad und Küche haben, wird eine Abschlagszahlung von 400€ verlangt.

As I am moving out, my room in a 3-person flat in Frankfurt’s beautiful Westend is free to rent for 560€ (including rent+water/gas/electricity). It must be rented beginning on the 1st of March.
The room has a size of 21 square meters and is offered to be rented unfurnished (except curtains). Because the room has three large windows, it is pleasantly bright, but has the option to be darkened at any time with the installed curtains. The one-way-streets leading around the house are rarely used and hence, very quiet. So, it is easily possible to sleep with the windows open and worst case, you will be woken up in the morning by some birds in the trees down by the street.
Additionally, you will gain access to shared spaces with your flat mates: A kitchen with dishwasher, a gas stove and oven, a refrigerator with large freezing unit, a bathroom with a combined bathtub and shower, and a washing machine, and lastly, a hallway with additional space for shoes. Also, the house has a courtyard, which is only accessible through the house’s staircase. This is a good place to safely store your bike, if you are ok with it standing outside, as the courtyard has no roofed area.
For all the appliances and furniture I am leaving in the shared spaces, I am requesting a payment of 400€.
Die WG ist 5 Minuten von der U-Bahn Haltestelle Grüneburgweg und eine Minute von der Bushaltestelle Kronberger Straße entfernt. In unter 5 Minuten erreicht man fußläufig unter anderem einen Rewe, Penny, DM, eine Postfiliale, einen Weinladen und die sehr gute Pizzeria Tre Stelle und exzellente Eisdiele Michielin. In 10 Minuten läuft man zum Campus Westend der Goethe-Uni, zur Alten Oper, zum Oeder Weg mit vielen Restaurants und ist auch schnell am Grüneburg- und Holzhausenpark. In 20 Minuten spaziert man entspannt zum Main oder der Bockenheimer Warte. Den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in Minuten unter 25 Minuten. Die Wohnung bietet den perfekten Mix aus zentraler und gleichzeitig ruhiger Lage.

The appartement is 3 Minute away from the station Grüneburgweg and one minute from the bus stop Kronberger Straße. You can reach a Rewe, Penny, DM, a post office, a wine shop and the excellent pizzeria Tre Stelle and the equally great ice cream parlor Michielin in under 5 minutes by feet. In 10 minutes walking time you arrive at the Campus Westend (Goethe-University), the old opera, the Oeder Weg with it’s many restaurants and last but not least, the Grüneburg and Hozhausen parks. Within 20 minutes you can take a stroll to the Main or the Bockenheimer Warte. Finally, when riding with public transport you reach Frankfurt’s main station in under 25 minutes. So, the flat offers the perfect mix of central and at the same time quiet location.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Paul (28, arbeitet meist im Homeoffice) und Dilara (studiert im Bachelor Informatik). Uns ist eine offene und entspannte Atmosphäre in der WG wichtig. Gerne trifft man sich zu spontanen Gesprächen in der Küche, es ist aber auch kein Problem, einfach in Ruhe in seinem Zimmer zu sein. Die Aufgaben in der WG werden über einen Putzplan geregelt.

Your future flat mates are Paul (28, working from home) and Dilara (studying a bachelor in computer science). It is important for us to have an open and relaxed atmosphere in our flat. While our kitchen is the prime place to meet each other and have a chat, it is also perfectly fine to enjoy an evening in your room by yourself. A cleaning plan assists us in keeping the shared places tidy.
