WG Zimmer in Traumlage zur Untermiete im Sommer

Vom 1. Juni bis 31. August 2024 wird ein Zimmer in unserer WG in der Innenstadt zur Untermiete frei. Die Wohnung liegt in in der Fußgängerzone in direkter Nähe zu Hafen, Rathaus, Cafés, Bäckereien und Edeka. Der See liegt quasi direkt vor der Türe (100m).
Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock, hat zusätzlich einen kleinen Balkon und durch große Fenster handelt es sich um eine sehr helle WG. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank etc.
Das freie Zimmer hat eine Größe von etwa 14qm und ist voll/teilmöbliert. Bei Interesse können aber auch eigene Möbel mitgebracht werden.
Die weiteren WG Mitbewohner sind während der angegebenen Zeit in Teilen vor Ort. Es handelt sich um eine Studenten WG, in der bei Lust und Laune auch Dinge gemeinsam unternommen werden können.
Ein Parkplatz ist über einen Anwohner Parkausweis der Stadt erhältlich.

From June 1 to August 31, 2024, a room will be available for sublet in our shared flat in the city center. The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone in the immediate vicinity of the harbor, town hall, cafés, bakeries and Edeka. The lake is virtually on the doorstep (100m).
The apartment is on the second floor, also has a small balcony and the large windows make it a very bright flat share. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, fridge etc.
The free room has a size of about 14 square meters and is fully/partially furnished. If you are interested, you can also bring your own furniture.
The other flatmates are partially on site during the specified time. It is a student flat share where you can do things together if you feel like it.
A parking space is available via a resident parking permit from the city.
