WG Zimmer in Traumlage in Studenten WG

Ab 15. August 2024 wird ein Zimmer in unserer WG in der Innenstadt zur Untermiete frei. Die Wohnung liegt in in der Fußgängerzone in direkter Nähe zu Hafen, Rathaus, Cafés, Bäckereien und Bahnhof (10 Min.). Der See liegt quasi direkt vor der Türe (100m).
Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock, hat zusätzlich einen kleinen Balkon und durch große Fenster handelt es sich um eine sehr helle WG. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank etc.
Das freie Zimmer hat eine Größe von etwa 14qm und ist teilmöbliert, kann aber auch leer geräumt werden. Bei Interesse können auch eigene Möbel mitgebracht werden.
Die weiteren WG Mitbewohner sind Studenten (unter anderem an der Zeppelin Universität). Bei Lust und Laune werden auch Dinge gemeinsam unternommen.
Ein Parkplatz ist über einen Anwohner Parkausweis der Stadt erhältlich.

The apartment is on the second floor, also has a small balcony and the large windows make it a very bright shared flat. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, fridge etc.
The vacant room is about 14 square meters and is partially furnished, but can also be vacated. If you are interested, you can also bring your own furniture.
The other flatmates are students (including students at Zeppelin University). If you feel like it, you can also do things together.
A parking space is available via a resident parking permit from the city.
