Schönes Zimmer in Altbau-WG zur Zwischenmiete

Das schöne Fachwerkhaus mit Garten, Keller, Fahrradschuppen und WG-eigenem Dachboden liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stadtwall. Auch die Leine ist fußläufig erreichbar und wir sind auf der Grenze zur schönen Südstadt, wodurch auch der Kiessee nicht weit entfernt ist. Man ist in 3 bis 5 Minuten in der Stadt sowie beim Rewe, Nahkauf und Aldi. Innerhalb von 8 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Bahnhof, innerhalb von 7 Minuten ist man mit dem Fahrrad am Zentral- und in 17 Minuten am Nordcampus.

The beautiful half-timbered house with garden, cellar, bicycle shed and shared attic is in the immediate vicinity of the city wall. The Leine is also within walking distance and we are on the border to the beautiful southern part of the city, which means that the Kiessee is not far away. You can be in the city in 3 to 5 minutes, as well as at Rewe, Nahkauf and Aldi. Within 8 minutes you can walk to the train station, within 7 minutes by bike you reach the central campus and in 17 minutes the north campus.

Mit Dir würden wohnen: Emma (22, Comiczeichnerin), Pauli (21, Informatik & Soziologie), Milli (23, Psychologie), Valentin (23, Arboristik, zieht im Juli ein) und eine weitere Person zur Zwischenmiete, die noch gesucht werden muss. Wie Du siehst, handelt es sich dabei um einen bunten Haufen und dementsprechend sind auch die Interessen breit gefächert.

Von Musizieren über Zeichnen und Lesen hin zu Pumpen und richtig doll Abgammeln steht hier alles an der Tagesordnung. Wir gehen alle mehr oder weniger enthusiastisch unseren Tätigkeiten und Berufen nach und haben teils viel zu tun, teils überwiegt dann bei manchen aber doch die Prokrastination. Wo nicht übermäßig prokrastiniert werden sollte, ist beim Putzplan, da wir Wert auf eine gewisse Ordnung legen.
Ansonsten sitzen wir oft zusammen in der Küche, dem Flur/Wohnzimmer oder im Garten. Abends kochen wir gern zusammen und lassen es uns schmecken.
Einige von uns teilen sich all ihr Essen und Trinken, was immer in einer großen Auswahl resultiert, uns Spaß macht und bei uns definitiv auch zum Wohl- und Zuhausefühlen beiträgt. Mit den anderen beiden WGs sind wir ebenfalls sehr connected und verbringen den einen oder anderen gemeinsamen Abend.

Jedenfalls stehen wir auf Gemeinschaft, was aber immer nach Lust und Laune ganz individuell ausgelebt wird.
Auch sehr verständlich, wenn du mal nur alleine in deinem Bett abhängen willst und keinen Bock auf Menschen hast.

Für den Fall, dass du neu in Göttingen bist, bietet die WG und das Haus auf jeden Fall eine super Möglichkeit, um in der Stadt anzukommen und erste Kontakte zu knüpfen.

Living with you would be: Emma (22, comic artist), Pauli (21, computer science & sociology), Milli (23, psychology), Valentin (23, arboristics, moving in in July) and another person for temporary rent, who still needs to be sought. As you can see, this is a colorful bunch and the interests are accordingly wide-ranging.

From making music to drawing and reading to pumping and relaxing, everything is the order of the day here. We all go about our activities and professions more or less enthusiastically and sometimes have a lot to do, but sometimes procrastination prevails for some. Where you shouldn't be overly procrastinating is with the cleaning plan, because we value a certain order.
Otherwise we often sit together in the kitchen, the hallway/living room or in the garden. In the evening we like to cook together and enjoy it.
Some of us share all our food and drinks, which always results in a large selection, is fun for us and definitely makes us feel good and at home. We are also very connected with the other two flat shares and spend one or the other evening together.

In any case, we like community, which is always lived out individually according to your mood.
Also very understandable if you just want to hang out alone in your bed and don't feel like people.

If you are new to Göttingen, the flat share and the house definitely offer a great opportunity to arrive in the city and make initial contacts.

Besichtigungen sind online oder in präsenz möglich. Da Corona noch nicht vorbei ist: Wir sind alle geimpft, geboostert und zum Teil genesen und haben keine Lust auf Schwurbler*innen.
