As I am going for an exchange semester, my room is available for interim let between July 2023 and February 2024 (I'm a little flexible on the dates). The room is quite big and fully furnished including pretty much everything you see on the pictures: A 1,40m box spring bed, a big desk, a really comfortable sleeping couch, two chairs, a carpet, a big wardrobe, a bedside locker, two more cupboards a big Samsung TV and a good stereo with Bluetooth connection.
You can see the rest of the flat on the pictures! Pictures of the bathroom and the kitchen will follow soon, but both are super nice as well :)
The flat is located in a quiet area amidst the student quarter.
The distances are as follows:
- 3 min biking/8 minutes walking to the University of Graz and the University of Arts,
- 5 min biking/12 min walking to the Medical University
- 8 minutes biking/16 minutes walking to the Technical University.
- 4 minutes towards tram line 1
- 6 minutes towards tram line 7
Both connect you to the city center and the main station!
- Two supermarkets (both are "Spar") within 7 minutes walking.
Also, the party area in the student quarter is just 7 minutes walking!
Your flatmates will most likely be Martin and Valeria. Martin is a 23-year-old dentistry student from Germany. He is a very warm, loving person who loves to cook, bake bread, and take care of his plants. You can talk with him about anything and he's always there to assist you if you need anything! Valeria is a 23-year-old medicine student from Germany. She is very laid back and always in a good mood! From time to time she invites some friends over for one or two Aperol in our living room :)
The rent is 437€ per month altogether, including internet, heating, electricity and the public media fee. At the moment we do not expect a rise for the relevant period. The security deposit is usually 1000€, but as I know this is a lot of money for many people I plan to leave my deposit in the landlord's account and only ask you for a 500€ deposit. I hope you appreciate this offer and take care of my stuff <3
