Über den Sommer werde ich verreisen und würde somit gerne mein Zimme für 3 Monate untermieten:))
Das Zimmer hat circa 26m² und ist ein typische Altbau mit Parkettboden und hohen Decken. Es ist zur Straße hin Richtung Süden ausgerichtet, es kommt also viel Sonne rein! :)

Over the summer I will be travelling so i would like to subrent my room for 3 months :))
The room is about 26m² and is a typical old building with parquet flooring and high ceilings. It is south-facing towards the street, so it gets a lot of sun! :)
Location
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, nicht mal eine Minute entfernt befindet sich ein Freibad und eine Pizzeria, zum Stadtpark und Rosenhain braucht man auch nur 3 Minuten. Spar und Billa sind ebenso jeweils in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bei der Uni Graz ist man mit dem Fahrrad in 5 und zu Fuß in 10 Minuten!
Sehr nah sind auch viele Bushaltestellen an denen die Buslinien 39, 30, 41, 58 und 63 halten, du bist also sehr schnell in der Innenstadt, den Universitäten oder dem Hauptbahnhof! :)

The flat is very centrally located, there is an outdoor pool and a pizzeria less than a minute away, Stadtpark and Rosenhain are only 3 minutes away. Spar and Billa are both also just a 3-minute walk away and the University of Graz can be reached by bike in 5 minutes and on foot in 10 minutes!
There are also many bus stops very close by, where bus lines 39, 30, 41, 58 and 63 stop, so you can get to the city centre, the universities or the main train station very quickly! :)
Flatshare Type
Deine Mitbewohner/innen wären Lenni, Victor und eine weitere (noch unbekannte) Person die im Juni einziehen wird. Beide sind absolut liebe, entspannte und lustige Menschen! Lenni wohnt erst seit zwei Monaten in der WG, liebt Volleyball, Tischtennis und gute Filme. Victor ist aus Ecuador nach Graz gekommen, um Musikwissenschaft zu studieren und spielt gern Gitarre und singt.
Wir spielen gern alle zusammen Spike Ball im Garten, essen gemeinsam oder spielen in Lennis Zimmer Mario Kart:) Wobei beide wahrscheinlich teils auch nicht Zuhaus sein werden, sondern im Urlaub.
Wir haben einen Putzplan bei dem wir vier Bereiche wöchentlich rotieren, eine Grundsauberkeit ist uns allen in der Wohnung wichtig :)

Your flatmates would be Victor, Lenni and another (still unknown) person that will move in in June. Both are absolutely lovely, relaxed and funny people! Lenni loves Volleyball, table Tennis and good movies. Victor came to Graz from Ecuador to study musicology and loves to play guitar and to sing. We like to all play spike ball together, eat and play mario Kart in Lennis room:)) Although probably both will be partly not there and on holiday, too.
We have a cleaning schedule where we rotate four areas every week, basic cleanliness is very important to all of us in the flat :)
